The main activity of PT. Orca Marine Crewing Agency is crewing services, however scope of the services offered by Marine Training Center and Maritime English Center. These training centers are basically the same in their equipment and the courses they can offer resulting in duplication of effort for the sake of competition. We recruited very selective to potential job seekers (experienced and non-experienced) and Indonesian Seafarers for deployment on board seagoing vessels.

For non experience job seekers, in order to meet the future business challenge we training them to the right place according to their ability and choice, such as;

• Deck Dept, Engine Dept and Catering Dept.
• English Language
• Ship Knowledge
• Computer application and operation
• Floating hotel (food and beverage), etc.


SHIP CREWING

Recruitment and deployment of qualified shipboard personnel, following strict selection procedures of candidates through interviews, personal history verification and computer based testing.

Thorough certification and documentation checks carried out. Specific upgrading courses required prior boarding to ensure quality seagoing personnel.

PT. Orca Marine Crewing Agency maintains a crew recording system of house crew based on a computer database to have more control in selection, retention and training.

Our crew in the database are more than 2000 crews. For any type of vessels, according request from the principals / ship owners.
