I. Manning Agreement
Between: PT. Orca Marine Crewing Agency and Principals / Ship Owner / Crew Management.

II. Period of Contract:
8 (Eight) Months Plus Or Minus 1 Month
10 (Ten) Months Plus 2 Months

III. Principal / Ship Owner / Crew Management Provides For :
a. Insurance.
b. Ticket’s.
c. Letter of Guarantee / Invitation Letter
Included The Name of Vessel & Port of Joining Vessel (To Apply Visa).
d. Agency Fees (Negoization).
e. Every calendar month, the Principal / Ship Owner / Crew Management must be sent the
Agency Fees Every 1 (One) Month Working.
f. Home Allotment a Minimum of 50% and Maximum of 80% from Total
Wages for Crew Family as mentioned from Allotment Form.

IV. PT. Orca Marine Crewing Agency responsible and provides for :
a. Individual Working Contract as contained in the article
between Agency and Principal / Ship Owner / Crew Management.
b. Agency are responsible the crew Home Allotment payment to the Crew Family as mentioned from Allotment Form.

V. Principal / Ship Owner / Crew Management are responsible and provides for :
a) Overall 2 ea
b) Safety Shoes 1 ea
c) Socks 2 ea
d) Handgloves 2 ea
e) A winter overcoat or jacket

VI. Embarkation Procedures :
a) Medical General Check Up
b) Signing on (Immigration)
c) Mustering (Harbour Master)
